This has been an exciting fall for real estate activity.

Just closed on a 2,600. sq. ft. condo. Cash for $550,000.

located at Isla Del Sol.

We do not have one home on the market on our street.

Signs are just not showing up.

Gobble-Gobble. Happy Thankgiving with so much to be grate for.

that I am really busy with very qualified buyers right now.

Probably folks are running from stocks back into real estate for we all

think the more desireable properties have bottomed.  I probably will still

be a few years before prices rise.
